This district is almost completely off-limits to those who aren't hunters or the craftsmen and artisans who work here. For good reason, at that - the process of crafting these weapons and armor can be dangerous. With Northguard being as large as it is, there are four forge masters: one for bowguns and bows, one for melee weapons, one for Blademaster armor, and one for Gunner armor. They all have their own set of assistants and their own shop and forge, and all of them are capable of making any Decorations one might need.

Strategically close to the Green Dragon Inn, for obvious reason, is the Embassy of the Hunter's Guild. It's a building of significant size, but they seem to keep the notice board for quests outside, and even closer to the Inn. This is the location where one can choose from any quest available, be it wilderness or arena. Where new hunters apply and old hunters can, though it is rarely done, retire. Truly the heart of the city, the Guild controls many other functions of Northguard.

The Green Dragon Inn is the choice eatery and gathering place for hunters of Northguard. Run chiefly be Felynes, this place has seen many groups, and even more meals, form and pass, a truly wonderful place to meet others. There's a legend that a Rathian once made it into the city, saw the owner, and touched her snout to the sign of the framework of the inn, leaving immediately afterward, hence the name Green Dragon. However, it might very well be all drunken rumor.
